EL MANUEL FOUNDATION
The EL Manuel Foundation is a Ghanaian non-profit organization dedicated to providing hope, relief, and sustainable support to the vulnerable, particularly orphans and the less privileged in underserved communities. Founded on the principles of Christian compassion and social responsibility, the foundation operates with a core mission: to bridge the gap for children and families who lack the basic necessities for a dignified life.
The foundation was established by Mr. Emmanuel Arkoh, a prominent Ghanaian contemporary gospel musician known in the entertainment industry as EL Manuel. The organization was born out of a deeply personal journey in the year 2018, having faced significant hardships and obstacles during his own childhood, Mr. Arkoh felt a divine calling to ensure that other children in similar situations would not have to struggle alone.
By transforming his personal trials into a philanthropic mission, he envisioned an organization that does more than provide temporary aid it seeks to restore a sense of belonging and purpose to those the world has often overlooked.
Central to the foundation’s identity is the "Yibima Orphanage Concert", a mega Christian project that serves as both a spiritual celebration and a major fundraising vehicle. Now a recurring landmark event for the organization, the Yibima project allows the foundation to mobilize resources and corporate support to fund its year-round charitable exercises.
